Turning
Intention
Into Action

Who We Are

A bridge between
policy & people

Irada was born from a simple but powerful observation — that the most meaningful gender-equality research often stays within policy circles, never reaching the women who need it most.

Founded by an engineer and a policy researcher with direct ties to India's Prime Minister's Office, Irada translates institutional knowledge into practical tools that help women move forward — with clarity, confidence, and community.

The word Irada draws inspiration from the Sanskrit Sankalpa — the sacred vow to act with purpose. We believe intention, when matched with the right support, becomes unstoppable action.

Our Values

01
Translate
We turn complex policy insights into accessible, practical guidance for everyday women.
02
Connect
We build meaningful mentor-mentee relationships that open doors and build confidence.
03
Empower
We equip women with the skills, networks, and mindset to own their futures.
04
Act
Intention means nothing without action. We create the conditions for women to move forward.

Our Mission

Closing the gap between
what's known and what's done

Gender equality research has never been more advanced. Yet millions of women remain disconnected from its findings. Irada exists to close that gap — building a scalable framework that carries policy insights directly into the lives of women who need them.

🎓
Mentorship
Structured, meaningful connections between women with lived experience and those just starting their journey.
🛠
Skill Development
Practical workshops, resources, and programs designed around what women actually need to thrive.
🌏
Policy to Practice
Backed by research from India's NITI Aayog, we ground everything we do in evidence-based insights.
