Women Empowerment Initiative
Irada is a social impact initiative bridging the gap between gender-focused policy research and real-world implementation — empowering women through mentorship, skill development, and access to opportunities.
"Sankalpa — The sacred resolve to act."
Who We Are
Irada was born from a simple but powerful observation — that the most meaningful gender-equality research often stays within policy circles, never reaching the women who need it most.
Founded by an engineer and a policy researcher with direct ties to India's Prime Minister's Office, Irada translates institutional knowledge into practical tools that help women move forward — with clarity, confidence, and community.
The word Irada draws inspiration from the Sanskrit Sankalpa — the sacred vow to act with purpose. We believe intention, when matched with the right support, becomes unstoppable action.
Our Values
Our Mission
Gender equality research has never been more advanced. Yet millions of women remain disconnected from its findings. Irada exists to close that gap — building a scalable framework that carries policy insights directly into the lives of women who need them.
The People
Two people, one shared belief — that every woman deserves the support to turn her intentions into reality.
